Research On Putting The Socialist Core Values Into The Junior High School Ideological And Moral Education

In 2013, the Ministry of Education pointed out that we should put the socialist core values into the teaching materials,the class and the minds of students. The junior high school ideological and moral course is the main way of developing Junior students’ socialist core values. Therefore, the socialist core values must be integrated into junior high school ideological and moral teaching materialsand class at first, and integrated into the junior high school students’ mind further more.Then, let the students practice the socialist core values in real life and study, deepen the their understanding of the socialist core values in practice. But in fact, the socialist core values in the junior middle school ideological and moral standards and teaching materials are not very comprehensive systematic and specific;teachers’ refine of the core values of socialism in the teaching materials is not enough; the teaching methods are too single;the lack of attention in the practice of socialist core values, etc. All of these have affected the integration of socialist core values in junior high school ideological and moral courses in some extent. In order to make the socialist core values integrated into the ideological and moral course of junior high school, and help middle school students to establish the correct values on the word and their life, we must optimize the teaching materials and the curriculum standard of the ideological and moral course. Besides, we have to enhance the teacher’s qualities and reform the teaching evaluation system.
