The traditional teaching mode takes the teacher as the center, students are constrained to study knowledge, it does not benefit the cultivation of the overall qualities and also contrary to the concept of contemporary educational theory. All the time, how to reform the traditional teaching mode is the core of education reform in our country. With computer technology highly developed, the network teaching mode appeared, the network teaching mode which is centered on the information technology pay fully attention to the students’ subjectivity, but its structure is not reasonable, its unfavorable facing the majority of primary and secondary school students. Flipped Classroom originated in foreign countries, because of its perfect combination with the network technology and give prominence to the students’ main body position, hits most of domestic educators and front-line teachers like a brainstorm once it’s been introduced from overseas and quickly grow up in the domestic, its theory has been liked by most teaching staff. Nowadays the study focuses on its theory and has been carried out in just some primary and middle schools involving simply in Mathematics,Chinese, English and information technology, whose level still stays in primary education. Recently, the research of models of Flipped Classroom being applied to physical teaching has some practical success, which also has positive effect on its integrated development in physical teaching, but for the study results, there are still some problems remaining to be solved. The first, there are many difficulties in the operation, for example: micro-movie production, the supervision of students in the class and before class, network condition, etc. Secondly, not forming a systematic implementation process. And third, did not find the "booster" in high school physics for the implementation of flipped classroom. Generally speaking, the study of application on physical teaching should quicken its steps and its range should be widened.Combined with educational theory and characteristics of physics teaching,The author has carried out Flipped Classroom once during my internship, mainly developed in a few steps: before this teaching, I have studied large number of its theory and cases,summarizing the procedures; confirming the lesson: the force of galvanical wire in magnetic field, which comes from Physics(Optional 3-1) published by People’s Education Press, designed a teaching micro-video and some self-test exercises, then picked some time to carry out this Flipped Classroom teaching; after that, made a questionnaire survey and interview to the students and tutor, to assess the effect of Flipped Classroom in a different aspect to sum up the experience, in order to figure out the key points of influencing the implementation of Flipped Classroom and concluding the right advices, to optimize the structure of the implementation of Flipped Classroom teaching in physics, at the same time, to wish to find out the way to promoting this kind of teaching in a full-scale.Through this implementation, we have confirmed that Flipped Classroom do have helped most of students and also so welcomed by their teachers. At present, the condition of Flipped Classroom during urban students is mature enough, and their parents also accept this after communication. But when it comes to the effect of Flipped Classroom, it is barely satisfactory. After hard analyses, we think it’s because we are short of experience so we are not familiar with this operation and we are not confident in this. Senior physics is a subject which is hard to learn and to understand but still important. Under the model of traditional physical teaching, most students find it difficult to learn. Flipped Classroom can provide a relaxed learning environment so it should be applied to practical senior physical teaching as soon as possible. As a physics teacher, it’s our responsibility to study this new teaching model. We hope more physics teachers devote themselves to the implementation of Flipped Classroom.Summarize and sum the experience up, to make Flipped Classroom becoming the main teaching model domestically. Let’s make it possible for students to study in this Flipped Classroom model becoming a popular and a main habit.
