Recent years has witnessed a gradual improvement of Chinese women’s javelin performance in competitions. And the previous records have been broken repeatedly. Javelin is the only throwing project with a long distance run-up. In terms of group theory, the javelin is classified as a stamina- oriented and explosive movement. Javelin is a throwing project, physically demanding for athletes and complex in terms of techniques. The join of run-up and cross-step, the final force, the ability to put movement qualities into use go hand in hand with sports performance. With the sustainable development of the women’s javelin, insufficient female javelin throwers and unstable javelin performance considered, it is necessary to do a further study on the low and medium leveled female javelin throwers. Participants in this study comprised 20 level two women’s javelin throwers. Data were obtained by testing athletes’ special athletic qualities, javelin final force and javelin performance. After that, the relationship between specialized sports quality and sports performance and the one between final force and sports performance were analyzed by adopting the correlation analysis, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis respectively. Finally, multiple regression equation was established to provide guidance for scientific training.Conclusions:(1) The final force of level 2 women’s javelin throwers includes forward release velocity, COM Forward Velocity at Right Foot Touchdown, COM Forward Velocity at Left Foot Touchdown, Left Knee Angle at Left Foot Touchdown, initial Side Slip Angle and Double Support Time which all significantly correlated to sports performance. Initial Side Slip Angle and Double Support Time are negatively related to sports performance.(2) The final force indicators were categorized into five kinds of factors and these factors were ranked according to the contribution rate of each factor: Integrated speed factor> trunk technical factors> support angle factor> support time factor> release angle factor. Among them, release velocity, Trunk backward Angle at Right Foot Touchdown, Left Knee Angle at Left Foot Touchdown, Double Support Time, release angle factor are typical indicators.(3) Performance prediction model of final force was established: Sports Performance = 35.404 + 0.719 × release velocity-38.370 × double support time.The model is examined by the actual results of the athletes. The examination result showed that the model can be used to predict the specialized sports performance of the level 2 women’s javelin athletes.(4) Among special Sports Quality of level 2 women’s javelin throwers, snatch, 15 m +15 meter run, standing long jump, three-step run-up land-falling jump and run-up throw the 1kg medicine ball with one hand are significantly related with sports performance;(5) Specific sports Quality of level 2 women’s javelin athletes are classified into four kinds of factors and these factors were ranked according to factor contribution rate: basic strength factor> speed factor> explosive force factor> systemic coordination factor. Among them, squat, 15m+15 m run, three-step run-up land-falling jump, run-up throw the 1kg medicine ball with one hand are typical Sport Quality Indicators;(6) Performance prediction model of special sports quality was established:Sports Performance=32.306-0.722×three-step run-up land-falling jump+ 0.910 ×run-up throw the 1kg medicine ball with one hand.The model is examined by the actual sports performance of athletes. The examination result showed that the model can be used to predict the Special Sports Performance of level 2 women’s javelin athletes.
