Basketball fitness training has been a hot spot in the development of basketball. In our country, on the degree of physical training of attention while in enhancing, but related development mechanism has not been established, reflected in support of the physical development of the institutions and has not been set up, relevant professional personnel and expertise to no system to speak of. In Cuba and CBA talent cohesion, there are still a big gap, this gap is the key to physical problems, resulting in lack of physical reasons in Cuba physical training mechanism of lack, failed to achieve the attention it deserves. Is within the scope of world basketball movement, the development of the concept of fitness have to get rid of the narrow strength, speed, endurance and dimension constraints, is no longer on the ability of the single motion expression, the combination of movement and performance is becoming more and more closely.This study focuses on the perspective of physical fitness and sport performance, using literature method, interview method, experimental method, mathematical analysis method research methods, procedure training method to cut into the college basketball team physical training, trying to promote technical and physical together development. The research results show that:1, program training method to intervene in physical training, out of action performance requirements, the combination of physical training and technical training, the development of technology in the physical exercise, the development of physical fitness in technical practice. The program training method involved in the specific design of physical training, emphasizing the integration of basketball technology and physical training technology, whether technical or physical exercise needs to be completed through action. Coordination of basic action and load is the main means of intervention.2, weight lifting, HIT, core strength training, without the ball mobile technology practice and ball mobile technology practice is procedure training method for physical training need to make reasonable arrangements for the five projects, each project require combined with technical and tactical; measurement items with vertical jump high touch, standing triple jump, bench press, multi group changed from shuttle run and functional exercise capacity test (FMS), one minute sudden stop shooting, four test basic physical fitness, two test basic physical ability and long time action stability.3, the experimental results of the surface:Through on urgent stop jump shot tests and found that physical training program training intervention, the experimental group students in promoting the stability effect is significant, for the jump shot hit rate has been increased, the jumper time decreased gradually, the key is jumper time statistics of the discrete degree is getting smaller and smaller, indicating that the player’s stability is more and more high.After 10 weeks of program training, the physical condition of the experimental group and the control group were improved in different degree, the experimental group was better than the control group in the improvement of the indexes. Among them in terms of functional exercise capacity, enhance the rate of up to 38, more than 43.5% percentage points in the control group, in the vertical jump touch high, the increase rate of 18.3%, more than 14 percentage points in the control group.In short, in the physical development of technology to promote the stability of the technology to improve the stability of the technology in the development of physical fitness, making the output more efficient, thus improving the performance of sports.And suggestions are as follows:1, we should establish a professional knowledge dissemination mechanism of physical fitness as soon as possible, can effectively train the physical training talents, promote the physical theory research and physical practice in an orderly manner.2, basketball physical fitness training should be more concerned about the performance of the action, in high resistance and physical fatigue of how to ensure the technical movement validity and rationality, and non athletes themselves to simply jump high, lift multiple.3, to strengthen the relationship between physical exercise and basketball technical training research and practice, making the steering physical training more close to the requirements of the basketball technology itself. Strengthen the training of players in the continuous movement and mobile conversionResearch limitations and follow-up studiesThe limitations of this study are mainly focused on the basic techniques of physical fitness training and basketball, as well as the integration of the basic technology, the experimental period is too short and the sample size of the problem. In a follow-up study, through enlarge the scope of sample collection, players of different backgrounds were sampled; in years longer experimental period or time; carefully on physical fitness and basketball technique for review and other methods to extending the research of this topic.
