12-15 years of junior high school students are in the key period of mental development, but also the critical period of information technology special students training. The correct guidance of information technology specialty of junior middle school students and the cultivation of good will lay the foundation for the development of the students in the future. At present, the teachers and the concept of limit, training of our junior middle school information technology students at an early stage, many schools are in groping to develop training strategy. According to the current situation of information technology of junior high school students training, training echelon construction problems focus of information technology of junior high school students.This paper takes Hangzhou H middle school as an example, through field research, extensive collection of information, refer to the relevant literature, understand the initiatives to cultivate information technology talented students of the echelon construction at home and abroad, on the basis of investigation and analysis to find out the information technology specialty of junior middle school and the causes of the problems in the construction of graduate training echelon; then based on the related theories of as a guide, by the methods of theoretical research and case analysis, summarize the experience and action research, put forward the corresponding countermeasures, to establish a relatively perfect framework of echelon mechanism, so as to promote a virtuous cycle of training in information technology students, provide new ideas and methods for the information technology specialty of junior high school students cultivate the echelon construction.Paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction. This paper mainly expounds the research background, research status, research objectives, research methods and the main innovation of this paper.The second part is the main theoretical basis. Firstly, define the related concepts of information technology and talent echelon construction. And then describes the relevant theoretical basis, mainly the multiple intelligence theory, constructivism theory, humanism theory, potential development theory, iceberg theory, incentive theory and theory of hierarchy of needs.The third part is the analysis of the status quo of the echelon construction. Found in the comprehensive analysis of the status quo, the main problems of Hangzhou H middle school information technology training students echelon construction team construction system is not perfect, the teaching organization form is single, the curriculum is not reasonable etc.. The causes of these problems mainly include the existing classification management system is not perfect, do not establish reasonable teacher incentive system, student classification system no echelon concepts of the course, lack of elaborate planning etc..The fourth part is the countermeasure research echelon construction. Mainly aiming at the existing problems, to multiple intelligence theory, constructivist learning theory, humanistic theory, iceberg theory and the hierarchy of needs theory as a guide, through case analysis, summarize the experience, action research and other methods, specific countermeasures and proposes the research framework, including the echelon "s construction of students, teachers echelon construction, construction of curriculum resources and so on. In the echelon construction strategies of students, the author believes that to proceed with development of students grading system, innovative teaching mode, optimizing the evaluation mechanism etc.; teacher echelon construction, mainly from four aspects:optimization of classification management system, establish the flow of talent mechanism, improve the incentive system and training mechanism such as; construction of curriculum resources from the curriculum setting deep research in two aspects of strategy and curriculum resources development strategy. Then carries on the feasibility analysis to the countermeasure research. Through analysis that this study conforms to the needs to solve the H middle school information technology talent echelon construction existing problems, and the improved information and technical expertise of students training quality is consistent with the goals and has some maneuverability.At the end of this paper, the summary and thinking of the study, put forward the problem that need to be solved in the future.
