| Objective:To offer references for people who use Concept â…¡ Ergometer as daily training, this study aimed to compare the different effects of rates on power, elbow joint angle, hip joint angle and knee joint angle by using non-professional Rowing subjects. Methods:Select non-professional sports subjects, in Concept â…¡ Dynamic Ergometer on 500 m to movement, using the Metronome software limited rate of 40 s/min,36s/min and 32 s/min, apply Qualisys acquisition kinematics parameters.Results:1) the rate of 40 s/m, dynamometer performance differences, segmentation result change obviously. According to their own physical exercise habits distribution, part of the object of study show the physical decline in the final 100 meters, segmentation is increased; Individual study last 100 meters sprint phase is obvious.2) the rate of 36 s/m, most of the research object in the second 100 meters is significantly reduced. Compared with 40 s/m and average power increased significantly. Section when change is relatively stable.3) rate of 32 s/m, six subjects average power compared with the other rete is highest, two research object itself compared to the average power propeller 36s/m. Segmentation is not a regular change.4) the object of study in different rate joint Angle range, joint Angle change the aerodynamic moment, there are differences in rowing movement range.5) blade aerodynamic frequency for each joint Angle order effect is not obvious, six joint Angle the aerodynamic research object can be summarized as:knee-hip-elbows.Conclusions:1)Muscles training on the Ergometer,40s/m is not conducive for the object power output.36s/m and 32s/m is more suitable for power output.2)The effect of rate change on order of the joint movement is not obvious, the proportion of pull and push is obvious. The effect on joint activity range for the objects is obvious.3) Ergometer pull stage for movement cycle is proportional to the rate. The characteristics of the research object can be summarized as:the minimum angle of the knee joint is earlier than the hip joint and elbow joint.4)Part of the object in study on rowing motion process, mainly rely on upper limb strength to pull/push paddle, while ignoring the trunk strength and the lower limb strength to the movement technology to assist.5)the angle of the joint is favorable for the movement of the stage in the pull stage. The angle of the joint is inversely proportional to the rate, the lower the rate and the earlier the joint angle extremum. |
