The Dissertation Of Promotions In Scientific Research Of Cao Bang Normal University

With the international competitions in every fields are getting fiercer, people tend to focus on the level of scientific research as the transfer of science and technology’s inventions can sharpen productivity, develop society and boost economic growth. As for university, it is a significant part of national technological innovation. It is not only the foundation of knowledge innovation, but also the critical carrier of knowledge communication. As a result, university, which owns a wide variety of personnel resources, plays an important role in scientific research and shoulders great responsibilities. In effect, developing scientific research is a pretty creative, meanwhile, complicated and uncertain activity. Additionally, commenting on subjects and outcomes of scientific research is more complex, which leads to many troubles on the management of scientific research nowadays. In this case, problems of scientific research’s management in Vietnam, especially in Vietnamese universities, should be scrutinized carefully so that promise the quality of scientific research and strengthen Vietnam in a short time.In order to help Cao Bang Normal University to gain a better development, this dissertation is on the basis of field research and then utilizes a lot of methods which include literature survey, investigation and comparative analysis to study and analyze Vietnam’s current economic situation, investment, policy, level and equipment of university, moreover, the university staff’s understanding in terms of scientific research. After a general analysis, the result illustrates the reasons of Cao Bang Normal University’s low quality in scientific research lies in several aspects: insufficient investment, unbalanced policy, worse equipment, lack of better understanding of scientific research, ineffective management, and poor academic atmosphere etc.With drawing on other countries’ advanced experiences, such as the US, the UK and China, and combining the principle of TMQ with Cao Bang Normal University’s current condition, some practical strategies are put forward to combat university’s manage problems in scientific research. For instance, increase investment, perfect the system of scientific research and promote university’s facilities.
