Disabled children are a special group, in the context of rapid economic development and increased social competition; they need to get more attention from society. Because disabled children in physical aspects or mental aspects exists certain obstacles or defects, they have special psychological problems, because of their loneliness and inferiority, they refused to communicate with others. Because of long-term care for disabled children, disabled children’s parents feel physically and mentally exhausted, and the communication with the disabled children become less and less. In the disabled family, poor parent-child communication becomes a universal problem, how to help the disabled family to improve parent-child communication is an issue that needs to be addressed urgently.This research mainly focus on "social work intervene disabled family parent-child communication", use the method of interview, observation and so on, to know the disabled family parent-child communication mode and problems encountered in the parent-child communication, put forward the intervention of social work disabled family parent-child communication is necessary. The author utilizes the case work method involved in the improvement of disabled family parent-child communication, use the Satir family therapy model to help disabled children and their parents learn about the attitude of their parent-child communication, promote their conforming communication; use the strengths perspective to help disabled children and their parents to explore their own strengths, let them learn to use their own advantages to improve parent-child communication. The author summarized the process of social work service, the families of disabled persons in parent-child communication exists many problems, but through the intervention of social work, the disabled family parent-child communication is improve.
