School-based curriculum has developed in China more than ten years, nowadays, as an important part of the national curriculum management, school-based curriculum is playing a more and more important role. Laiwu No.1 middle school attaches great importance to the development of school-based curriculum for a long time. It has formed a relatively perfect mechanism of curriculum development. Each subject teacher actively explores the disciplinization of the school-based curriculum development. Development of school-based curriculum in information technology starts late, and the disciplinization of the school-based curriculum development is not good enough. The author based on the mechanism of school-based curriculum development and the theory of teaching design, combining with the characteristics of information technology disciplines further refined the development process, and did the practice research.In this paper, we made some summarize of the research status of school-based curriculum in information technology. In combination with the curriculum development strategy of establishing and developing mechanism of Laiwu No.1 middle school, the development process of school-based curriculum in information technology can be divided into requirements analysis, determine the theme, curriculum design, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation, results and reflection in this study. This topic is accord to the school-based curriculum of "cell phone photography" explores the general process of development of school-based curriculum in senior high school. And, taking "mobile phone photography" as an example, the author presented the work and achievement in each process.In the course design, it is divided into three steps:declaration of school-based curriculum, formulation of school-based curriculum program and filling in the teaching system design.In the process of curriculum evaluation, we pay attention to the combination of formative assessment and summative assessment, we do the corresponding evaluation gauge and scale for school-based curriculum in information technology, information technology of school-based curriculum teaching process, students’ learning process.Last, the author carries on the implementation and the reflection to the "mobile phone photography" school-based Curriculum, getting the results through the evaluation of the scale, the results show that the effect is better, both the teachers and the students achieve a lot. Combined with the implementation of school-based curriculum, the author made a targeted summary and reflection.This research for the development of school-based curriculum of information technology provides a reference template and sample. We look forward to have the certain enlightenment function in the development of school-based courses.
