With the development of quality education and basic education reform, the national requirement of primary and secondary school teachers’ professional level and quality is improving. Online training is an important way to promote and ensure the teachers’ professional development. While online training has broken through the traditional training in space and time constraints. And it has been welcomed by the majority of teachers. But there are huge individual differences in teachers’personal learning experiences, teaching courses, basis of learning, learning ability, study habits and development needs. Each teacher has their own personalized training needs that require personalized training and guidance. However, the current online training platforms in the training programs are made by the training institutions or organizers. Although there are many different kinds of online training platform and trainers have a great range of options. There is little platform to develop suitable training programs based on personality characteristics of trainers. Therefore, there are many aspects need to be further studied in order to truly realize personalized training.Based on the analysis of the relevant theory and application of training platform, in view of the current problems in training, from the perspective of software engineering, this paper analyzed the characteristics of the trainers, design goals and operation flow. In addition, on the basis of the analysis, this paper constructed the frame structure of online training platform and designed function modules and database.On the basis of demand analysis and design of the platform, this paper studied the key issues of the platform and put forward the corresponding model and solution strategies. Firstly, the characteristics of trainers were analyzed. Secondly, according to the characteristics of trainers, the personalized training programs were designed. Thirdly, course selection schemes were developed based on personalized training programs. Finally, according to the trainers’ characteristics and behaviors recommended courses.In the end, according to the demand analysis, frame structure design, function modules design, database design and the solution of key issues, by using web service and other related technology, this paper realized the online training platform, including user’s personal space, pretest management, training program management, course management and so on. And the realizations of some function modules were shown.
