Theory of situational Teaching Theory in line with the new concept of "Mathematics comes from life, and applied to life".The teaching method pay attention to student personally participation and learning needs, to guide students self-construction of knowledge. Cultured in a variety of teaching activities created by teachers in school life science, learning attitude of the music school. But in teaching practice, many cases show:teaching situation lack of planning, systematic, a mere formality, ignoring the value of teaching situational teaching, teaching effect is not very satisfactory. In view of this, this paper "Decimal addition and subtraction" situational teaching elementary school mathematics for further studies to find a further development of the situation Primary Mathematics Teaching.The paper based on situational teaching theory, and with the example of specific Lesson "Decimal addition and subtraction", Instructional design from teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching process and evaluation of four aspects. Finally, implementation and reflect on instructional design. The results showed that:situational teaching in primary mathematics classroom to mobilize the enthusiasm of student learning, improve classroom teaching, to enrich the theoretical basis of elementary school mathematics teaching design has important significance.
