With the development of the basic education curriculum reform, the diagnostic study of examination has caused widespread concern in researchers. Diagnostic tests.that is, use measurements to identify the strength and difficulties that students encounter in learning some subject,and we can judge the students’academic situation at current stage by diagnostic tests,and draw the appropriate education quality according to the case of the students,and then make some advice and suggestioas to the weakness in the teaching practice. Researches by many scholars have laid the theoretical basis and practical experience for the establishment of the diagnostic tests,and provide references for the establishment of diagnostic tests in different levels.In the point of novitiate in editing eighth-grade scientific diagnostic examinations,the paper studies the psychological journey and problems in editing the examinations refering to the previous studies.In the capacity of a beginner in editing examinations,who knows little about diagnostic tests,and then goes through teachers’ guide duscussion with the mates solving nrnhlems and nartirinate in the ev(?)luatinn work,the study shows the diagnostic examination editing process and the possible problems in the process by the method of action research. In order to make the editorial staff who are engaged in editing the examinations predominate the compiling skills more clarity,and avoid the possible misunderstanding in editing, the paper applies compiling principles, methods, and techniques in practice flexibility based on the real situations.Test the prepared diagnostic examinations in the small range,and statistics was used to analyze the data.The author hopes that our study in researching and developing of diagnostic questions can offer reference for educators engaged in the area.By carding the questions developing,the author gradually worked out the developing model which is fit for a beginner in editing examinations,and enumerate the possible problems in developing. By analyzing the data,the study finds that the questions appending the pictures of the real situation is more difficult than that appending the pictures of the simulation situation,and it is more difficult for the students to make the right choice in from the interference options.Knowledge Transfer is more likely to occur in the questions appending the pictures of the real situation at the same time.We detdct some shortcomings by the received data,and make some modifications in time.
