Since reform and opening up, China’s economic level rising, machinery industry as an important pillar of support national economic development, has always been the development of the countries in a very important position. Mechanical professional talents cultivation as the main way of sending personnel to mechanical industry, also has been paid great attention in our country. However, with the development of the era, as the changes in demand for talent and the change of education environment has a bigger impact on mechanical professional teaching, the teaching status quo is faced with reform and innovation of new problems. Knowledge visualization, as a new research field developed in the information age, its purpose is to promote between the person and the spread of knowledge and innovation, and its application research in the field of education has long been regarded by the researchers in the field of education and knowledge visualization, researchers believe knowledge visualization to promote knowledge transfer and innovation at the same time, can also help the rendering of knowledge. Not only that, knowledge visualization can better as a learning tool to help learners to take independent building and innovation of knowledge, its emergence of mechanical professional teaching reform and innovation for us to provide new research perspective.This thesis mainly is divided into seven parts, in the first part, the introduction, the author in combing the relevant issues on the basis of the research status of both at home and abroad, combined with the present problems of the mechanical professional teaching put forward the research subject and determine the required basic research methods, methods including literature method, interview method, questionnaire method and experimental method. Part in the second part of the thesis, theoretical basis, the author firstly introduces the basic connotation of knowledge visualization and the similar concepts, secondly to dual coding theory, brain science research theory, schema theory and the theory of knowledge management this several levels as knowledge visualization is applied to mechanical professional teaching theory foundation, has carried on the detailed theory elaboration; Finally this paper introduces the concept map, mind map, the teaching video, three more common and common knowledge visualization tools.The third part, the application of knowledge visualization in mechanical professional teaching analysis part, the author from mechanical professional training objectives, professional characteristics and existing problems, discussed the role of knowledge visualization for mechanical professional teaching and explore the feasibility of fusion with the machinery. Through to the school level, level of the teachers and students level of investigation and analysis prove the feasibility of knowledge visualization is applied to machinery, and find the integration of knowledge visualization to mechanical professional problems to be resolved-the difficulty of tool selection, the lack of reference of teaching mode, insufficient emphasis in schools. Then, based on the theory of the previous research and problems in the feasibility study, in the fourth, the fifth part is proposed based on mechanics characteristics of innovative knowledge classification of knowledge visualization tool table, and knowledge visualization based on project teaching method and teaching mode.In the sixth part, the practice of teaching, the author chose congzuo city traffic guangxi institute of vocational and technical college of mechanical design and manufacturing and automation of two classes of teaching practice for two months. Through teaching practice, and to collect the data before and after the experiment, and from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative analysis of finishing a good information, the final research conclusion, mechanical professional knowledge visualization can to a certain extent, promote the teaching and learning activities and solve some problems in the present stage our country mechanical professional teaching, and the knowledge visualization tool table and knowledge visualization teaching mode to a certain extent, promote the development of knowledge visualization in the teaching of subjects. The seventh part, the author generalizes the research achievement, to put forward the research deficiency, finally, the research advances in the study on the subject of the follow-up.In conclusion, this study administered the teaching for knowledge visualization applications opens up new application fields, the author put forward according to the characteristics of the mechanical professional knowledge knowledge classification of knowledge visualization tool table also enriched the knowledge visualization application administered teaching research perspectives.
