Objectives:This study selected Wu Cheng primary school with a long history of martial arts as the research site in Kunming city, teaching Sexual health education in grade five with participate in dyadic method, research on the effect of the application before and after the participate in dyadic method about basic health knowledge, sexual health knowledge acquisition approach, heterosexual intercourse, the ways to seek help from sexual health confusion, identification of secondary sexual characteristics, analysis the reason and make recommendations to provide reference for adolescent sexual health education in primary schools.methods:This study used cluster sampling technique, investigation method: Qualitative and quantitative methods(anonymous questionnaire, in-depth interviews, group interviews, participate in dyadic method).Take anonymous questionnaire survey of 264 students before and after participating in sexual health education, focus group interviews with 6 groups of students (42-56 people),personal in-depth interviews5teachers and 5parents,establish the database using Epidata3.1 and using spss19.0 statistical software package for descriptive analysis and difference analysis.Results:(1) Take questionnaire survey of 251 students after the training,129 boys and 122 girls,41 girls had appeared menstruation with an average age of 11.2years,22 boys had already occurred spermatorrhea with an average age of 11.8 years.(2) The knowledge of Students’ adolescent sexual health knowledge has improved after training, but there are still some errors, the rate of correct judgment of the transmission of AIDS is low for the mosquito bite, and hugging, kissing with AIDS ",the level of acceptance of AIDS is relatively low, the majority of students believe that AIDS should be isolated, Some students even mistakenly believe that AIDS can be identified by their appearance.(3) Most students support the development of sexual health education in primary schools, the needs of adolescent health education are objective existence. Students will gain puberty related knowledge through books and network, but often lack the correct methods of search. When faced with adolescent confusion, students prefer to seek the help from parents and friends, the teacher less.(4)The school has not set up a special physiological course and lacks of professional textbooks and professional teachers. The degree of students’health knowledge is not consistent and the depth of the teacher education is difficult to grasp. Parent’s own quality is uneven, therefore, the education of the children in different ways.Conclusions:First of all, we should understand the needs of adolescent health education, analyze the special points, this will be more conducive to carry out educational activities. Secondly, schools should be equipped with professional textbooks and professional teachers and set up a special psychological counseling center and guide the students to actively seek sexual health service resources. Finally, should carry out adolescent sexual health knowledge training for parents to improve parents’ awareness of sexual health education and help parents to carry out family health education better.
