3 to 6 years old is the formative stage of development of human creativity, this period of children’s creativity is a potential ability to enrich children with age and knowledge and experience gradually developing. Young children’s creativity belongs to the creation of initialing stage, although does not have any social value and practical value, but for the children, it has the important value of the individual.Therefore, to cultivate children’s creative ability should be taken the foundation of basic education in kindergarten.On the premise of participation of myself, by questionnaire investigation, observation and literature analysis as research methods, by means of Nanchong two Public kindergartens and two Private kindergartens with public research, we trying to find out the 3 to 6 years old children’s creativity development characteristics, to explore the factors that affecting the development of children’s creativity kindergarten, and to put forward effective training strategies. The Survey results showed us that 3 to 6 years old children’s creativity development in the form of expression, age, gender, intel igence and personality has its unique features. At the same time, we found that the influence factors of kindergarten children’s creativity are: the concept of kindergartens; the quality of kindergarten teachers; the management model of kindergartens; the kindergarten environment for creating; courses of kindergartens.Based on the analysis of the problem, according to the development characteristics of 3 to 6 years old children’s creativity and kindergarten factors affecting the development of children’s creativity, we put forward the following 3 to 6 years old children’s creativity cultivation. First, Teachers should build up the education view of cultivating children’s creativity. Second, apply to children’s creativity cultivation way of teaching. Third, create favorable kindergarten environment cultivating children’s creativity. Fourth, create conducive courses to children’s creativity training.
