Construction And Application Of Performance Evaluation System For High-level Sports Team In Colleges And Universities

Nowadays, under this condition that government and the society pay more attention to the Athletics Sports in Colleges and Universities, on the basis of summarizing the predecessors’ research, based on the actual, with scientific performance evaluation method, make an performance evaluation of the high-level Sports Team in Colleges and Universities. it is the important measures to promote the rapid development of high-level Sports Team in Colleges and Universities, and is one of the important academic research topic.Therefore, this study take the performance of high-level Sports Team in Colleges and Universities as the research object, in fully digesting and absorbing domestic and foreign relevant index and evaluation method for performance evaluation of high level sports team, on the basis of the latest research results, try using the balanced scorecard theory as the main theoretical basis of this research, adhere to the combination of strategic management and performance evaluation, integrated by the methods of documentary, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, the methods of analytic hierarchy process(ahp), the combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation, constructed a complete set of performance evaluation system of the high-level Sports Team in Colleges and Universities. In addition, in order to make the evaluation system in the concrete has the scientific nature and feasibility in practical use, take the performance of high-level Sports Team in A University as the application of the research object, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for application of the performance evaluation system of the high-level Sports Team in Colleges and Universities has carried on the analysis and research. This article research conclusion is as follows:(1) In this study based on the theory of the core of the balanced scorecard, construct the performance evaluation system of the high-level Sports Team in Colleges and Universities, and the analytic hierarchy process(ahp) is adopted to indicators in each layer assignment. It is concluded that the evaluation system by the school management(0.2123),(0.6382), process conditions(0.0992),(0.0504) to learn and grow 4 first-level indicators, the school reputation, group work, 11 second-level indexes such as sports talents, social influence, the results of the competition, employment and other 27 tertiary indicators.(2) According to the institute to establish A University performance evaluation system of high-level Sports Team in Colleges and Universities, by using A method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation applied situation of the management of high-level Sports Team in Colleges and Universities evaluation, it is concluded that the comprehensive performance evaluation the total score of high-level Sports Team of A University is 86.9 points.,and the rank is good. Evaluation and found at the same time, the school in the recruitment of students management, coaches, the scientific research management shortcomings. In view of the insufficient, this study proposed the enrollment expansion media campaigns, take the scientific research and practical training, scientific research and title link promotion.(3) The research process and the results proved that the research on performance evaluation system of high-level Sports Team in Colleges and Universities of the build process and the result has high scientific and objectivity, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to application of evaluation system, with higher applicability and operability.
