Conclusions of this study are described as follows:First, with the changing times, Kazakh intergenerational education level of high mobility. From the vertical perspective, with social change, economic development, and national implementation of the national education policy, the more so that Kazakh offspring parent’s educational level has improved overall, but lifting a lesser extent. From the horizontal point of view, the progeny high school and higher education, particularly higher education nation still at a low level, is not yet realized the identity of the Kazakh Education progeny obtained education intergenerational upward mobility is not optimistic.Second, the idea of limiting the poverty intergenerational mobility Kazakh education the main reason. Therefore, the country needs to build three-dimensional local conditions, to meet the educational needs of Kazakh policy system, the educational precise poverty reduction, to cut off the intergenerational transfer of poverty, promote social development and stability in Xinjiang.Fourth, we must obtain the identity of the educational and Kazak offspring effort is the fundamental driving force.
