With the changing times, exacerbate social stratification of social structure constantly differentiation,diversified pattern began to show diversified demands. "Poor second generation", "agricultural second generation" have emerged, exacerbated by the intergenerational class curing. Class curing the underlying social inequalities increasingly prominent, increasing social instability. Level of education and intergenerational mobility Status of Kazak, equality for accelerating the process of education in ethnic areas,maintaining social stability is of great significance.This study is concerned Kazakh education development, intergenerational mobility status, educational level and the Kazakh intergenerational mobility factor and impede their access to education in the face of identity.The study found that the intergenerational association Kazak education on the rise, but the intergenerational mobility of education was the level of development trends, increased social stratification,class and even cure trend. Conclusions of this study are described as follows:First, with the changing times, Kazakh intergenerational education level of high mobility. From the vertical perspective, with social change, economic development, and national implementation of the national education policy, the more so that Kazakh offspring parent’s educational level has improved overall, but lifting a lesser extent. From the horizontal point of view, the progeny high school and higher education, particularly higher education nation still at a low level, is not yet realized the identity of the Kazakh Education progeny obtained education intergenerational upward mobility is not optimistic.Second, the idea of limiting the poverty intergenerational mobility Kazakh education the main reason. Experience of social change, the Kazakh economic production and lifestyle transition from nomadic to settled so that the original factors of religious culture, customs, words and deeds of family education,birth concept, etc., affect their suitability for national education system so that the underlying population upward mobility decreases.Third, education is an important way to discourage intergenerational transmission of poverty. Poverty is an important factor affecting the occasion of the Rural Education on behalf of the Kazakh flows.Compared to other means, the Kazakh population by selecting the education and gradually eliminate poverty and achieve intergenerational upward flow path is relatively easy. Therefore, the country needs to build three-dimensional local conditions, to meet the educational needs of Kazakh policy system, the educational precise poverty reduction, to cut off the intergenerational transfer of poverty, promote social development and stability in Xinjiang.Fourth, we must obtain the identity of the educational and Kazak offspring effort is the fundamental driving force. In order to better adapt to the increasingly competitive trend of social development, social inequality and social stratification will stimulate every member of society progress. Education compensation policy is to achieve external power status of education obtained, offspring effort is the fundamental driving force. Therefore, innovation Kazakh traditional concept of family education, family education environment changes, individuals actively seek to enhance awareness of education and career development is conducive to education and to obtain the identity of intergenerational upward mobility.Therefore, in order to create a reasonable educational intergenerational mobility mechanisms: First, to improve the living conditions of the Kazakh population and improve their educational decision-making capacity; second is to change education policy, to meet the educational needs of different groups of Kazak;Third, improve the system reform, optimize international Education generation mobile social environment;Fourth, enhance the competitiveness of individual consciousness, to encourage their access to education foridentity change, thus ensuring the smooth flow of intergenerational mobility channels, and accelerate the process of educational equality, maintaining social stability.
