It is urgent to establish the teaching model according to my own experience, the reality of researcher`s group and the real situation of Dongguan area in the recent 20 years. The author thinks that, in a certain language environment to learn a foreign language is more efficient and specific performance in the English vocabulary, phrases, sentences of learning, the work can be achieved in a language environment in the context of mastering the pragmatic effect. Therefore this study integrated curriculum standard teaching, with the domestic and foreign relevant text and research results of primary school English classroom teaching model, combining with the teaching material of PEP, through literature research, action research, field notes, Delphi method,establish a primary school English teaching model for the whole discourse environment,dialogue teaching model, vocabulary, reading and writing teaching model, teaching model and teaching model of the constitutive requirements and elements, the contradictory unity relations between each element. Through personal practice, leaders practice, and the explanation and discussion in 13 cities of hubei, yunnan, guangxi and other provinces, is widely believed that language environment of English teaching model and the model of three kinds of class type can have the following effect: firstly, in the teachers’ level, the model is easy to operate, help to quickly and efficiently design teaching scheme and driving class; Secondly, in the students level,help students in the full meaning of discourse understanding and mastering the language.Teaching model, in addition, according to the design of a vocabulary lessons in schools are specific teaching design and reflection, found that the model can well solve the vocabulary teaching sound, meaning, form. Researchers at the same time, combining with field notes, the researchers also used the teaching model of three other teachers design the English class,teaching model of operation value in practice. Overall, the findings of this study on students’ learning, teacher training, has played a positive role, can be further research in other ways.
