Double Helix Model Research On Regional Industrial Structure Optimization And Local Academy’s Specialty Settings In Nei Mongol

Undergraduate education in colleges and universities,which is one type of education style, has a very close relationship with the development of social economy. Therefore, the consistency of the major setup and the local industrial structure plays a key role in.The university personnel training has higher requirements because of the changes in demand for talent in the labor market, in which the economic growth and upgrading technology promoted by regional industrial structure adjustment and optimization. The interaction mechanism between specialties and interaction relationship of regional industrial structure has a far-reaching significance in exploring the regional industrial structure adjustment and optimization of the process of optimizing the direction of Undergraduate Specialties.Through literature research, cross-sectional study and a longitudinal study of the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis combined with the integrated use of various methods of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis combined so as to set undergraduate specialties as the starting point, which based on the optimization of industrial structure and undergraduate double helix model settings to write the text.Firstly, this paper make a depth analysis of the current situation and development trend of industrial structure optimization of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Inner Mongolia professional development status and characteristics set of 17 colleges based on Inner Mongolia Higher Education Quality Reports of 2013, 2014 and other data, which provides a real basis in professional setting for the final proposed optimizing strategies. Then, based on data in Inner Mongolia Statistical Yearbook from 2000 to 2015, it confirmed the existence of a stable and balanced development of relations between the higher education development and optimization of industrial structure, to construct a model of the double helix structure of regional industrial structure and professional settings. Meanwhile, through the integration of four elements and the double helix model, analyzes the canonical correlation coefficient deviation typical structure of employment structure and industrial structure and gray relation degree, academic structure and industrial structure, the study found that the lag in Inner Mongolia employment structure, college disciplinary structure and industrial structure interaction degree in different disciplines related to different sizes presented. Finally, the study from the perspective of universities, based on the status quo undergraduate professional setting, proposed the universities and construction Specialties optimization strategies in five aspects,which including employment quality, talent demand forecasting, new demand for industrial structure optimization, consider professional integration optimization settings and professional setting autonomy.In the study, it grasps the balanced development relationship between higher education and regional industrial structure optimization systematically, and launches a coordinated development analysis of the undergraduate specialties and autonomous industrial structure. It will be a new view to use the double helix model of the interaction mechanisms of industrial structure and specialty to analyze this problem.
