This article analyzed German Vocational and technical education from a new and creative angle, explored the reason why Germany vocational and technical education is so highly praised world wide from a practical perspective. Started from the perspective of education, this research probed deeply into the social development status in Germany. First of all, from a constructivism Perspective, analyzed the development tendency of the vocational and technical education in Germany. And then based on the social causes of German vocational and technical education, the philosophy of education is discussed. Finally, by taking Bosch’s vocational education projects in China for an example, a close up observation and case analysis in conducted. From these aspects, the vocational and technical education in Germany is depicted as a more vivid image in front of us.After a relatively new interpretation of vocational and technical education in Germany, the study of German official data network showed the specific operational characteristics of the Vocational and technical education in Germany. These qualities rooted deeply in the German society, constructed on top of the political and economic development model, through the insignificant power, the vocational and technical education system runs smoothly. Such as the stakeholders in dual system; "training plan” and "training occupation "; individual enterprises and various competent bodies;Federal Institute of vocational education and the European quality system; creation and revision of the straining plans; directory of recognized training occupations and various support projects.These characteristics are rather trivial, but as the Germany Vocational and technical education been widely recognized, and its basic characteristics and general structure have been understood in the academic community. I believe they are going toplay a critical role in the last mile of understanding, referencing and innovating. May even be the intersection of Chinese policy of building a modern vocational education system and the reality.
