The Research Of The Local Higher Colleges On Financial Risk Evaluation Index System

The research purpose of this paper is a study of the local colleges and universities financial risk assessment, to apply the theoretical knowledge into the working practice, the unit of financial help. Since the educational reform, the government continues to increase educational input,and change the structure of educational capital resource.The performance of university has become the focus of attention of the community. Especially the financial reforms made new demands.For met the requirements of the reforms and education development completely, this paper aims to establish a financial risk evaluation index system of the local university using current date and financial situation.In this paper, we mainly use focus group interview, analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and other means to carry out empirical research. Based upon the summarizing of studying background,this article firstly interprets the current financial analysis of colleges and universities and designs the financial risk evaluation index system of local colleges from the aspects of debt paying ability, operating performance, profitability ability, development ability and budget management. Secondly,based upon the evaluation index system of local colleges,we give the different weight on the index of risk analysis of financial appraisal. Finally, according to the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis, we make some recommendations to strengthen the college financial administration of SG University.The system we established is practical and feasible,which provide reference value to domestic university for bettering and enforcing construction of financial management system to some extent. One is to establish the financial risk assessment system for local colleges and universities. Two is given the local colleges and universities in the financial risk evaluation system within the individual indicators weight. The three is to use the model to calculate and evaluate the financial risk.
