| Our country is a multi-ethnic country,Ethnic minorities play an important role in National unity and development of our country. Korean is one of ethnic minorities,due to historical and geographical reasons, Most of Korean live in northwestern region.According to the data, Korean groups that have university degree per one hundred thousand people from 2000 in 2733,the number of up to 7139 people in 2011,the rapid growth of 1.61 times in ten years. In the northeast,more and more Korean students out of their mother culture groups to enter university study. As a growing number of Korean college students,their growth is paid more and more attention by university students’ work.Since the Korean college students have unique in the language and cultural customs,some Korean college students have been difficulties in interpersonal adaptation when they communication with other nations.Good interpersonal adaptation is the foundation of the college students studying and living. It is not only related to the healthy growth of the students,but also related to the stable development of the school. This project uses the revised "Students Interpersonal Adaptation Questionnaire", With the Korean college students of tourism college of Changchun university as the research object,through the questionnaire survey,combining with interview and observation research methods. Know that part of the Korean college students presents the status of the interpersonal maladjustment in this different of five dimensions : interpersonal adaptation of the initiative and effectiveness of information transmission,interpersonal cooperation,interpersonal relationship processing control and different cultural customs lead to interpersonal adaptability. This study, using the professional social work, group work and through work in of seven groups,helping some interpersonal maladjustment of the Korean college students to change the status,that they spend memorable college life. |
