Feedback plays a crucial role in writings. Corrective feedback can be defined as the the input provided by the teacher to the students. Teacher’s Written Corrective Feedback in this paper refers to the Teacher’s Written Corrective Feedback to students’ writings, it aims to hope that the students can pay attention to the mistakes and make changes to the composition so as to improve the English writing performance. However, the current situation of writing in middle schools is that the teacher gives the students less writing feedback. So the research, based on Output Hypothesis and Noticing Hypothesis, takes students of No.8 senior high school to hold an written corrective feedback experiment. By comparing different ways of Teacher’s Written Corrective Feedback, the author will explore what kind of feedback is more effective to student achievements..The study takes students of No.8 senior high school as an example, aiming at study different types of Teacher’s Written Corrective Feedback in the experiment, and the purpose is to explore what kind of feedback can improve students’ performance more effectively. Therefore, the study takes students of No.8 senior high school in Yining City as an example, selecting three parallel classes from the first grade randomly as the research object. Class A will take Direct Feedback, and class B will take Indirect Feedback, and the controlled class will take General Feedback. After twelve weeks of experiment and writing training, it was found that the post-test scores of the three classes were all improved. But the score of who accepting Teacher Written Corrective Feedback is higher than those of ordinary feedback. Moreover, the students who participated in the Direct Feedback got significantly higher scores than those in the Indirect feedback group.The results show that Teacher Written Corrective Feedback is helpful to students’ English writing performance, and the Direct Feedback is more helpful to the improvement of students’ performance than the Indirect Feedback. Therefore, for high school students, teachers can take Written Corrective Feedback when teach writing, especially Direct Feedback, so that students can understand clearly the advantages and disadvantages of writing, and to correct in order to improve writing performance.
