Great attention has been caused by core stability training in recent years, and an important part of physical training is considered for athletes. At present, the theory is referenced and applicatedfor a lot of competitive sports in the competitive sports training practice.But basic research of basic movement quality from the human body and physiological function is poor.Therefore, based on the practice sports ability training, core stability training is applicatedfor basic physical quality training practice, and the combination of theory and practice is achieved.The influences of core stability training to college students’ sports ability are revealed from the basis through practice training,and the theoriesof correct understanding core strength training and possible arrangement training methods of core strength are provided. Relevant researches are confirmed that athletes from many projects have been obtained the improvement of sports abilities and competition results through core strength training.This paper adopts the experimental method and method of literature. In order to realize the influence of the core strength training for basketball specialty students’ hit rate of jumping shot, xi’an sports college sports system 20 basketball specialty students are selected as the research object. 20 subjects were divided into two groups that include experimental group and control group according to requirements of the experiments before the experiment. On the basis of that hit rate of jumping shot between two groups does not existsignificant differences used statistical method, training process of8 weeks are proceeded for two groups.Thereinto, the same training program- basic strength training is used for two groups in the former 4 weeks; Core strength training program is used for the experimental group, and traditional strength training plan is use for the control group in later 4weeks.After completion of the training program, core stability, hit rate of fixed-point jumping shot, a minute timer jumper shooting and dribbling stopped shooting are comparisd and anylized for the experimental group and control group before and after the training.The analysis results show that it is a significant effect that increase of core stability for hit rate of fixed-point jumping shot, a minute timer jumper shooting and dribbling stopped shooting.In this paper, the conclusions include:(1) Design of experiment has certain scientific nature.(2) Compared with the traditional strength training, it has obvious effect that improving of core stability caused by the core strength training to increase of basketball specialty students’ jump shot rate, but there is no significant difference.(3) Compared with the traditional strength training, it has obvious effectsthat improving of core stability caused by the core strength training to increase of basketball specialty students’ a minute timer jump shots rate.(4) Compared with the traditional strength training, it has obvious effectsthat improving of core stability caused by the core strength training to increase of basketball specialty students’ dribble then suddenly stopping to jump shots rate.(5) It has more significant effects that improvement of jump shot ratein motion state becauseofimprovement of core stability.
