Comparative Research Of Skill Employment Between The Spikers Of China Men Volleyball Team And The Word Strong Team In Beijing Olympic Games

The purpose of this study is to explore technology application features of Servicing, Spiking and Blocking of Wing Spikers of China men’s volleyball team and the first second teams in Beijing Olympic GAME, and to identify technological advantages of the Wing Spikers of China men’s volleyball team and the gap between them, and to analyze the causes, by Comparative Researching of Skill Employment of Servicing, Spiking, Blocking between the Wing spikers of China team and the Wing spikers of the Champion team, the Runner-up team and the Third team in Men Volleyball match in Beijing Olympic Games. The study should provide some useful reference of theoretical and practical for scientific selection, training, competition of China men’s volleyball team in the future.This article uses the methods of literature review, recorded statistics, and mathematics combining the situation of live match. The object of this study is the skill application of the Wing Spikers of China men’s volleyball team and the first second teams. By Comparative analyzing, this study gets the following main findings:(1) The average blocking height and the average spiking height of the Wing Spikers of China men’s volleyball team ranked no 1 in the four teams first and tihe net height is a superiority for them. The average age of the competition Wing Spikers of China men’s volleyball team than competition Wing Spikers of the other three teams. The Average weight and the average height of them is not as good as than of competition Wing Spikers of the other three teams. The average Quetelet index of the Wing Spikers of China men’s volleyball team is lowest and there is a great gap beween them.(2) The serving placement of the Wing Spikers of China men’s volleyball team is mainly in the latter area and the effective placement of serving of them is also mainly in the latter area. The service area of them is mainly in the left and right service area and the service area is extremely uneven and left service court obviously better than the right service area.(3) There is a very good Spiking effect under the circumstances of no opponent blocking or one opponent blocking. But the Spiking effect of the Wing Spikers of China men’s volleyball team is worse than that of the other three teams. China men’s volleyball team Wing Spikers have a better results than the Wing Spikers of the other three teams in spiking shielding fastball. But there is a big gap between the Wing Spikers of China men’s volleyball team and the Wing Spikers of the other three teams in spiking uncover ball.(4) The scoring of blocking offensive spiking on the 3rd place of the wing Spikers of China men’s volleyball team is highest in the four teams, but the overall effect of block of them is still not as good as the wing Spikers of other three teams. The blocking position of the wing Spikers of China men’s volleyball team is relatively simple and mainly block the opponent attacking on the 2ed place. There is a big gap between the wing Spikers of China men’s volleyball team and the wing Spikers of the other there teams in uncover spiking and shielding fast spiking, even in shielding fast spiking.
