Research On Copyright Management Model For Internet Knowledge Sharing

In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become a key strategic resources, and plays an increasingly important role in terms of promoting scientific and technological progress, economic growth and social development. And Knowledge sharing is an important means to promote the utilization and innovation of knowledge. Thanks to the technical support of digital technology he network technology, people can access to global knowledge through his network terminal at anytime, anywhere. However, the development of knowledge sharing is hindered by the existing copyright system. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the balance models between knowledge-sharing and copyright protection, to avoid potential copyright disputes and assure of sharing knowledge as broadly as possible.This paper will study three representative copyright management models about Internet knowledge sharing, based on the above, summarize the features of copyright management models about Internet knowledge sharing. The main content can be divided into four parts:In part one, it will study the first copyright management model about Internet knowledge sharing, CC. First, explore the operating mechanism of CC model. Based on it, analyze the effectiveness of CC model and his application in China. Then, combined with the successful experience of CC model in foreign countries, analyze the problems about the development of CC model in China.In part two, it will study the second copyright management model about Internet knowledge sharing, open access. Take MIT’s institutional repository as an example, study the copyright management model of open-access, and explore some measures to improve copyright management of the institutional repositories in China.In part three, it will study the third copyright management model about Internet knowledge sharing, Global Memory Net. Analyze the copyright management model of Global Memory Net, based on it, explore the copyright management measures of non-profit digital library in China.In part three, it will summarize the features of copyright management models about Internet knowledge sharing. Above the analysis of the three representative copyright management models, summarize the features of copyright management models about Internet knowledge sharing.
