With the nationwide reformation of Publishing Group, the competitive environment ofCentral Publishing Group and Local Publishing Group,state-owned enterprise and privateenterprise is becoming fierceness. However, the publishing market and financing channelslimitations, it is a problem to Hebei Publishing Group. After the Group transformed in2009, itis becoming a comprehensive culture industry by multi-development strategy of operationapproach on the basis of development of main business. For example, publishing and printing,goods trade, digital communications and so on.In view of the importance of main business and its relationship with multi-developmentstrategy of operation approach, first of all, the article was done the analysis in presentsituation of produce, industry chain, brand, policy environment, industry trends, the meaningof multi-development of operation approach. Secondly, it summarizes the business strategiesand operation approach from many angles, also put forward countermeasures for somespecific projects. Finally, the article put forward enlightenment and suggestions formulti-development strategy of operation approach of Hebei Publishing Group from the wholeconsideration.Multi-development of operation is “pie”, also “trap”, it can quickly expand financingchannels and business scale for the Group, at the same time, helps the Group optimize theindustrial structure. However, if the Group chose wrong strategy and approach, its mainbusiness will be affected in allocation of funds and the core competitive power was weakened.So promote multi-development of approach around main business coordinated development,which is the best way to the Group.
