Design And Implementation Of Information Security For The E-government Systems Of Taxation

With the continuous development of computer networks, global informationtechnology has become a major trend of human development. Governments aroundthe world wanted to improve their governing capacity and service levels, so explore anew type of management model e-government. E-government can operate quicklyand efficiently, and more effectively serve the community. Taxation of e-governmentsystem is one of the most important branches. Tax system is an important nationaleconomic lifeline functions, and provides an important basis for decision making forchina’s economic development. Taxation of e-government system of informationcollection, processing, sharing and using are dependent on the network. Safety is thefirst factor of Government Online. Therefore, the network information security havebecome increasingly demanding. So, the establishment of tax e-governmentinformation security and overall system protection system, taxation of e-governmentsystem is currently facing important issues.This paper uses the taxation of e-government system of Shandong Province asbackground. The aim is to protect against provincial and municipal levels within thetax net for e-government targets. The province’s e-government systems can enhancethe security of a level and ensure e-government systems in a secure and stablenetwork environment and effective operation. Measures are as follows:1. All-round security system design and implementation of modular sub-networkarea.This paper will systematically plan, and full consider the tax e-governmentnetwork security requirements and features, and carry out the sub-district of themodular network implementation to achieve the overall system security.2. High reliability of the network boundary protection module.This paper uses the TPM-based firewall and the intelligent intrusion detectiontechnology, to protect different levels of security for the network to ensure bordersecurity.3. Isolation and transmission of data security.There are a large number of tax authorities for confidential governmentinformation; there is an objective to prevent disclosure of confidential information needs; the high-security isolation of information exchange and data encryptionsecurity technology can achieve different levels of network security data securitybetween the transmission and exchange.4. To build safe and reliable application platform.In this paper uses trusted computing module, security module and the hostoperating system security modules to ensure the security of e-government applications5. Efficient and safe storage architecture.This paper proposes construction of a distributed storage ideas, and can providean efficient management of huge amounts of data, the efficient storage, efficient massdocument retrieval, and data sharing.
