Traditional softwaredevelopment methods to curing the business logic to program code, for the changewill have to conduct secondary development, resulting in a long change cycle.Business rule-based development method achieves a separation of business logic andinformation systems, reduces the maintenance costs of the business rules change, andto provide new solutions for developers to build highly flexible business system.Now, facing the customer needs diversification and product homogeneityproblem,enterprises to provide quality customer service and support is particularlyimportant. The customer service center as an important means of customer serviceand support increasingly plays an important role in the enterprise. And outbound callsbusiness is important business to reflect the core values of customer service center.Outbound call information management system provides support for people to worktogether. However, faced with frequent changes outbound business rules, traditionalinformation management systems have been difficult to deal with.Through the study and research of the business rule-based developmentmethodology, and according to the customer service center outbound calls businessmanagement requirement, this paper presents a business rule-based outbound callinformation management system. The overall architecture of the system and part ofthe sub-function modules has been shown. The system is based on.NET platform tobuild, and using B/S structure. It uses BizTalk Business Rule Engine as rule engine.The focus of this paper is to use business rules-based development methodology todesign and implement outbound calls project management and outbound calls taskexecution core function module, so that the business person can change the businessrules without modifying the program code. Facts have proved that the system in practical applications showed good ease of use and flexibility, especially in dealingwith changes in the business logic has obvious advantages. |
