Recently, the increase of the society unstable factors leads to constantly eruption of the Group Events (riot events). Armed Police Force shoulders the heavy responsibility for keeping the society stable, so it is really a big problem to deal with these illegal crowds. However, the related researches are still rare to handle these Group Events and crowd control problems, especially for Armed Police Force using. The only achievements are some qualitative analysis and conclusion. Therefore quantitative researches for the crowd behaviors are needed to master the macrograph and microcosmic regulations, which are favor for the army, detrain in advance and holding the opportunity better.This paper is on the base of computer science, military literature, social psychology, and physics, and it has a deeply research on the description of the gathering people and individual behavior. Cellar automation machine is researched to modeling of crowd behaviors, and the validity of frequently-used crowd control solutions is discussed. In the end, a sort of simulation software is developed using achievements above. This paper is organized in detail below:In the second chapter, the character of the crowd and the individual is analyzed. Firstly the obtaining way for the crowd movement regulation is designed. Then, the character and the combination of the crowd, the projection area of the individual, the density of the people and the velocity of the movement are introduced as a quota. At the same time, Behavior Ability Factor is used here to describe the individual physical agility. The psychology factor of the crowd behavior evolution and the Psychology-Behavior theory is deeply researched, which accomplish the understanding of the reason for people assembling.In the third chapter, crowd is described as dynamics on the basis of evacuation theories, based on Cellar Automation Machine and Social Strength theory, Attractive Force Factor is used for representing the conformity and evading psychology in the crowd behaviors. The individual behavior is described as a course of information perception, decision and movement control. Behavior decision is forwardly divided as three parts, including circumstance judgment based on attractive force, route planning combined with overall and partly planning, and collision avoidance.The fourth chapter is the key part of this paper, and it mainly evaluates the dispersing effect for the crowd, on the base of the crowd movement model. Shield Array and tear bomb are chosen as the main solution. Firstly the different simulation according to different battle array strategies is made, and the conclusion shows the Middle Attacking array has a stronger force and less dispelling time. Then the opportunity and position of throwing tear bombs is discussed, the result shows that the tear bombs should thrown at the concentrate sites, as soon as possible. In the end the environment related is analyzed, and the simulation shows that there is an exponent relation between the evacuation time and the width of the road.Fourthly, GUI toolkit in MATLAB is used for developing crowd control software, according the achievements above. The system framework and model design are introduced separately, and the main interface and functions are revealed.
