| With the rapid development of the university experimental teaching of software,allocation and management in lab resources meet with a lot of pressure. Traditionalsoftware lab construction, through continuous and large purchase of IT equipment,meets the increasing demands of the number of students. In the mode of traditionalexperiment management, administrators need to manually, repetitively installexperimental environment. Because of laboratory equipment is old and heavyresponsible for experiment, experimental PC frequently fail.According to the above problem, this paper put forward the theory on the basisof virtualization technology, combined with server virtualization products andlaboratory management system to build the experimental platform that combines ITresources management, experimental environment management and experimentalteaching management. This paper researches the virtualization technology and servervirtualization products, analyzes the current situation of software lab, and designs thearchitecture of experiment platform. The architecture is layered management, servicelayer and base layer by using hierarchical design thought. Functional layers designwith high-cohesion and loose-coupling principles。 Between layer and layer is asindependent as possible in order to reduce the dependencies, communicates throughthe interface. The management layer and service layer use the method ofobject-oriented and interface-oriented to design and implement. Management layeris a Web system, it provides virtual experiment services and experimentalmanagement services for users, uses J2EE framework. Service layer-thecombination of virtualization management software and virtualization applicationprogram, provides virtualization service for management layer, by compositionSCVMM(Microsoft’s virtualization management products) and virtualization serviceapplication based on.net framework. Base layer by the composition of hardware andserver virtualization products, it provides virtualized resources for virtualizationmanagement, uses the Hyper-V virtualized hardware resources. Finally the experiment platform is applied for deployment and testing, proving the feasibilityand practicability of the experimental platform solutions. The next step research ofsoftware experiment platform is that using cloud computing technology providesusers.The experiment platform solutions put forward this paper, that is based onserver virtualization, virtualization resources management, and desktop virtualization,achieves more flexible virtualization services, has the characteristics of simpleresource management, maximize resource utilization, experiment managementprocess automation, self-independence of experiment of students. Although there isrelated theory research and the preliminary implementation in some universities, butmore systematic and comprehensive experiment platform case is less, it isrecommended that the solutions this paper supply is used for the future softwareexperimental platform construction. |
