Intelligent Voice Engine Based Distributed Multilingual Platform Design And Implementation

With voice recognition technology continues to mature and improve computerprocessing power, more and more recognition technology used in various software systems,making the voice intelligent processing becomes possible. Our speech recognition anddistributed processing technology solve the existing translation of the speech signalprocessing problems. It contains distributed processing systems, translation, targetmanagement, keyword management, intelligent speech engine optimization, testing andevaluation functions, by building massive data centers to achieve the intelligent processing ofvoice data. Carry out the following tasks:1. Based on the analysis of speech recognition principle and related technologyapplications, introduced the language recognition system, male and female voice recognition,voice identification, keyword recognition, and then we collaborated with a domestic researchinstitutions.2. On the basis of learning WCF technology, we develop a distributed processingplatform for distributed processing speech recognition platform.3. Constructed the multi-lingual service platform. It contains distributed processingplatform, voice data centers, application platform and optimize platform.Application of these technologies, we have built a set of multilingual services platform inX Province, distributed processing platform deployed in X Province surrounding counties,responsible for collecting and processing of local language and other minority nationalminority languages voice. Data center deployment in X Province capital, a subsidiaryresponsible for voice and processed information stored backups. Application platform andoptimization platform deployed in X Province capital, provides translators for processing andmanagement of the working platform.
