Since2000，We promote the building of informatization of politics and law inour province, and courts, prosecutors，police，judiciary，prisons, detention and otherdepartments of political science and law information level got rapid development. Wedeveloped and applied information system in the core business of politics and lawwork and accumulated considerable amount of data. But due to the lack ofinformation shairng and collaboration mechanism between government departments,we can realize collaboration only by artificial way in daily work. This brings theproblems such as repeated labor，low efficiency. How to integrate businessinformation system between the departments of politics and law，to establish effectivesharing collaborative mechanism between government departments, become thepirority of informatization of politics and law.Based on the actual situation of our province business of politics and law, thispaper discusses how to design, develop business cooperation platform of politicalscience and law, to implement the business of politics and law networking, systematic,procedural collaboration. According to the above goals，this papers analyzed thebusiness collaboration status quo and application requirements of political scienceand law department, proposed the overall ideas and solutionsAdopt of SOA(service-oriented architecture), the ESB (enterpirse service bus)，cars brake, to buildbusiness cooperation platform of political science and law. These mainly includesseveral aspects:1.Thebusiness collaboration platform of political science and law. In SOAtechnology system framework, integrating mature ESB products on the market, webuild business cooperation platform of political science and law, and implementspecific functions such as data exchange, business process management.2.Departmentaccess system. In view of the complex heterogeneous network,system, data environment and other special circumstances and requirements of thedepartment of political science and law，we designed the interface composition，interface standards, data encapsulation of the department access system, and relived the connection of information system and collaboration platform of politics and lawdepartment.3.Thecoding system. Encode the department of political science and law,cooperative business, interactive steps and documents which are involved in businesscollaboration of political science and law. The coding system provide a unified codingstandard for department access systems and business collaboration platform4.Thedata security system. In view of the business data security requirements,We have formulated strategy of data encryption and signature for the businesscollaboration platform, and implemented the data transmission and exchange on thepremise of legal and secrecy.The political and legal application systems could interact with each other seamlesslythrough the building of political science and business collaboration platform, whichgreatly improves the exchange rfequency from one or two events per day to nearlyreal-time exchange, thus reducing the work time significantly; A lot of structured data，peer-to-peer electronic document exchange no longer need to repeat entry.
