| Urban underground pipeline is an important urban infrastructure, going deep into allaspects and areas of daily production and life, and its safety, high efficiency, stable operationis necessary guarantee of city modernization construction. Now, for the management of thepipeline is still in the drawings, reports or other documentation manual management phase,such as low efficiency, data update slow, statistical analysis difficult issues are outstanding, itcan not meet the social demand for timely and accurate information, slow down thedevelopment of the city in a certain extent, also often have accidents due to undergroundpipeline information is not accurate.Therefore, to establish a service for urban construction,planning, management, and other department of geographic information system is imminent.This article relies on City Planning Management Information System project, andapplication requirements in the region as the background, using the Client/Server three-tierarchitecture, based on the ArcGIS platform and Oracle database platform, in the Visual C#+ArcGIS Engine development environment for the design and implementation of the city’scomprehensive pipeline management information system. Content and results of this study areas follows:(1) Analyse the function requirement of the city pipeline management informationsystem, in accordance with the geographic information system software design thought andmethod and combine the characteristics of the pipeline itself, design the overall architecture ofthe system.(2) On the basis of the region’s existing pipeline data analysis, in accordance with therelevant national standards and specifications in this region, making the pipeline datastandards, and normalize the pipeline data processing, system database is established with theOracle database platform, combining Oracle and spatial database engine ArcSDE to realizethe integration of the spatial data and attribute data storage.(3) The system uses Visual c#+ArcGIS Engine development model, not onlyimplements the file management, data editing, graphics operations, spatial measurement,mapping and other basic operation function of GIS, also implements according to structurecharacteristic and using the region pipeline demand function, including Pressure accounting analysis, buffer analysis, crash analysis, vertical spacing analysis, horizontal spacinganalysis,cross-sectional analysis, profile analysis, etc. Urban Underground Pipeline basicallymeet the city’s comprehensive pipeline unified management requirements, for improving theutilization of urban underground pipeline information and the protection of normal and stableoperation of the pipeline have important practical significance. |
