With the development of national economy, coal is badly needed in our country. The useand the comprehensive utilization of coal are also becoming more and more important.Therefore, how to reduce the safety accidents happened in coal mine production and how toimprove the efficiency of production operation staffs and coal mine management becomeproblems which need to be solved urgently. Along with the continuously deepening ofenterprise reform, informational level of coal mine is also growing. In order to make the coalmine more secure, operation more reasonable, management more efficient, it is an inevitabletrend of coal mine enterprise informational level development that the coal mine enterprisesadopt mobile information technology to rebuild the old information system. The mobileinternet system and application (the application in this paper refers in particular to shortmessage platform) based on TDeN which is described in this article is part of digital mineconstruction, it’s all about to solve the problems mentioned above.The paper, which adopted the most advanced mobile internet technology and mobilecommunication technology, combining with the popular J2EE development technique,described the design of the system from four stages which are requirements analysis, systemdesign, function realization, deployment and testing. And the paper put emphasis on theimplementation of short massage platform which is the mobile internet system applicationreferred in this paper. In the paper, after analyzing kinds of requirements of the system, wecompared four integration schemas and chose the popular combination ofSpringMVC+Hibernate as our development framework. Then the paper provided the wholesystem design plan. The important part is the design of short message platform, includingdatabase design and five submodules. The whole system was deployed in the server. In orderto make a full test of the system, hardware environment and software testing environmentwere set up. The full testing proved that the system achieved all what we expected. Thesummary and expectation are at the end of the thesis. The tests showed that the system in this paper totally achieved the desired expect, and ithas run successfully in certain coal mine in northern Shaanxi. The system also can integratewith existing informational systems like production management, safety management, andmanagement control in the coal mine, it can let the employees make various businessprocesses via mobile phone or PC, Leaders and staffs in the coal mine can use this system toprocess job content whenever and wherever they are, thus their work efficiency can beimproved greatly, so does the operation efficiency of coal mine enterprise.
