| Bearing test can be roughly divided into life test, simulation test, component testand so on, while life test can determine fatigue life of bearing products. Because ofmany factors influenced the bearing life, use only theoretical calculation will causesome deviation on bearing life. To solve the problem of life test in the bearing ofturbocharger, a control system of bearing test machine is designed, matching with themachine, it can effectively test the bearing of turbocharger.System was based on LabVIEW software developed by NI company. Through theresearch on the solid state relay parameters, the operative mode was identified, what’smore, control method of parameters, such as temperature, speed, load, vibration and soon, was studied. Platinum resistance temperature sensor and infrared temperaturesensor are applied to detect the temperature of lubricating oil and bearing outer ring,then the temperature data was transmitted and showed in temperature controller.Because the epigynous machine, communicated with it by serial card, can also readand display the temperature data. At the same time, the epigynous machine was able toreal-time process data in background. In order to control the operative mode of heater,three-phase solid state relay was used to control data acquisition card and terminalboard, so the temperature of lubricating oil can be adjusted. Epigynous machine whoseinformation transmit to transducers change the spindles speed, simultaneously use thefeedback information to tune the speed, so the accuracy of the speed requirements canbe ensured. vibration acceleration tester also send the result to epigynous machine.The paper demonstrates that upper monitor has friendly interface, simple operation,and moderates demands for operating staff. This system can make the temperature oflubricating oil in control, and effectively monitor bearing vibration and temperature ofmotor spindles and bearing. In the practical application of bearing test machine, thesystem is reliable, and has a high data transmission speed, temperature and speed can be controlled accurately, also alert action become sensitive. So the system has practicalvalue in improving the performance of bearing test machine. |
