| In the development process of the aircraft, the technician needs to acquire and record various signals down in the experiment for the convenience of the analysis afterwards. That requires the development of a data acquisition recorder which matches the specifications. With the increasing complexity of the aircraft, the type of signals to be recorded is increasing, and so do the requirements of the data acquisition recorder.This thesis firstly describes the functions of the data acquisition recorder with1553B bus monitor, and then proposes the overall program of the system hardware and software. According to the project characteristics, the modular division by function makes it much easier to complete the whole design. A1553B bus monitor card records the data on the1553B bus of the aircraft, and3high-speed data acquisition cards record6channels of echo signals. The software selects appropriate platform to realize data upload and some simple analysis.1553B card uses a BU-61580protocol chip with selective message monitor mode to complete the1553B bus data monitoring according to the characteristics of the project. By designing the specific method to read data, the device has avoid the problem of BU-61580chip RAM read and write conflicts and improve the stability of the system work. The3high-speed cards use48GB Flash memory per channel to storage data, so that project meets the needs of speed and storage capacity. The use of four SRAM realizes data cache, and two EEPROM realizes the Flash bad block management and capacity recording operation. Project selects appropriate method to complete the1553B data and6echo signals in the same timeline for the convenience of the technician to analysis data. Finally, a number of tests and analysis of the device key technical indicators show that device do meet the project requirements.This instrument has been used in the experiments to measurement an aircraft. After a lot of experiments, the data acquisition recorder with1553B bus monitor is capable on the measured test tasks. |
