At present, community service has gradually been known and accepted, communityhealth education is an important part of community service, community residents of healthcare. Traditional C/S architecture of community health education system is difficult toachieve information sharing and data between unification, because is not at the same time,to the construction of community health education system without IT global strategy anddirection at the beginning of construction, the lack of a standard IT environment, so theestablished system is fragmented. Communities more fragmented, formed a "isolatedisland" of information. In this paper solved the problem of the community resourcesharing and unified management for the purpose, with B/S mode, JavaWeb technology,based on the theory of the Oracle database and so on community health education systemwas designed and implemented.First of all, analysis the system requirements of community health education system,from the different user roles for the user demand analysis, from the aspects of systemfunctional requirements and data requirements are analyzed, and put forward the overalldesign of the system goal. To establish a community health education system provideseffective demand analysis.Secondly, to the community health education system requirements analysis, putforward the network topology structure of the system. The whole system can be dividedinto five modules, respectively: health information management module, the doctoranswer module, hospital doctor management module, personal health service module, testmodule. And the five big modules of a system process design and system frameworkdesign and database design.Finally, from the five modules of the whole system has made the concreteimplementation and testing, and release.
