Scientific and effective inheritance anddevelopment of the old Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment experience,promoting the development of TCM in China to the benefit of the masses, is an importantsubject faced by the development of modern TCM.Based on famous old doctor of TCM professor Liu Fangbai’s sixty thousand clinicalmedical cases neaten and construction of repository, by means of the formal context offormal concept analysis theory to express the consilia, taking formal context layeredoptimization and the generate method of attribute partial-order structure diagram as thecore, using Liu Fangbai expert system model for experimental platform, based on thequantification of TCM syndrome diagnosis results of Yanshan University, aiming atknowledge discovery, inheritance and development of TCM clinical diagnosis andtreatment experience of professor Liu Fangbai, this topic has launched the research ofknowledge discovery of famous old doctor of TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment work.Finally, this issue has established expert system database module of famous TCM LiuFangbai, excel macro definition interface extracted formal context module, excel macrodefinition formal context optimized module, clinical data collection module and clinicaldata analysis module.The theory of structural partial-ordered attribute diagram is based on the partial orderrelation targeted for attributes. Taking the shaoyang disease as example, this article hasshown the result of knowledge discovery in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM disease with the method of structural partial-ordered attribute diagram.
