Radio-frequency simulation system realizes the test of the radar system which includesanti-jamming and angle tracking performance. As one of the most important devices in theRadio-Frequency Simulation System, power divider mainly combines multiple way signals andseparates signal. The power divider in radio-frequency simulation system should have broadband-wayproperty. With the rapid development of the millimeter wave radio-frequency simulation system,researcher will put much more emphasis on the power divider which wavelength is8mm.The main contribution and innovation of this dissertation are as follows.A new type of power divider is given first, which is based on the design of UWB power divider.Utilizing Equivalent short T-shaped line instead of multi-open stub will generate transmission pole.Also the equivalent short T-shaped line avoids the mini space of the coupling line which is thedisadvantage of the coupling line and high impedance line in traditional design; with only one resistorto realize high isolation and simplify the design; using A matrix to analysis the character of theadvanced power divider so that the parameter of the advanced power divider will be accuratelyachieved. Three types of the power divider have been designed and measured. One type of threepower dividers which operating from8GHz to18GHz has the engineering meaning with smaller size,better performance and briefer structure. Its insertion loss is3.3dB~3.4dB; port’s voltage standingwave ratio is under1.8; isolation is above15dB and phase unbalance is about0.5°. Contrasting toproduct and other power divider structure, the power dividers which operating from8GHz to18GHzhas its own advantage. The theory of the circuit design and simulation are supported by themeasurement results.Secondly, one kind of millimeter wave power divider has been designed and realized inmicrostrip substrate which is utilizing the technology of the substrate integrated waveguide and thestructure of the half-mode substrate integrated waveguide. Half-mode substrate integrated waveguidepower divider will solve the isolation between the output ports that is a drawback of the waveguidestructure. The half-mode substrate integrated waveguide’s measurement results is that insertion loss isabout3.7dB and4.3dB; voltage standing wave ratio of input port is about2; isolation is about11dBand the phase unbalance is about3°. Compared to other SIW power divider, the proposed HMSIWpower divider’s isolation has been improved. Its insertion loss’s measurement is good. The designmethod of half-mode substrate integrated waveguide power divider has been proved to be true by themeasurement results.
