| Digital image inpainting has a very large application background, for the reason it has become ahot research topic in the field of picture processing recently. The thesis conducted a deep study onimage inpainting and made some improvement on the existing inpainting method. It improved theinpainting quality and promoted the practicability of the technology.The thesis reorganized the development of image inpainting, it introduced the characteristics oftwo main inpainting thoughts, which included the structure-based and texture-based methods. It hadchoosed some famous algorithm model to introduce them in detail. The structure-based methods werefit for the small size scratches, while the texture-based methods could deal with bigger ones. Inconsideration of the universality, the paper choosed the latter method to make an in-depth research. Tosolve the problem of structure breakout in the inpainting process of texture-based method, the paperhad imported Possion editing technology of image fusion. And also it designed a appropriaterestriction mechanism of Possion processing to improve the inpainting efficiency. During theinpainting process, the size of Possion processing block is self-changing with the complexity ofinpainting block. Then the inpainting method could be more flexible to get a better result.Then the paper analyzed the feature of image inpainting and image compression. It put forward anew compression scheme which combined the image inpainting with image compression. In thescheme,“first-compression†had been finished with traditional compression method. With thecompressed image, we could extract the important information and push away the redundant message,and then we got the “second-compressionâ€. So we could get a higher compression ratio. The secondcompressed image could be conserved to save storage space, if we want to use the image, we caninpaint the image firstly and get the integrated image.To introduce some concrete application of image the technology, at last the paper researched thepractical application in both normal use and new use.It finished some simple related application byexperiments and proved the practical value of image inpainting. |
