| Modularity is a new kind of design thought developed on the basis of traditional design, which hasbecome a new widely-used technology. In information era, new electronic products develop so fastthat lead to modular design products emerge constantly. In this paper, the BLDSbus-basedmulti-function module system we studied is a modular design in the field of industrial controlapplications.In order to control the equipments, designers must design, draw, make the PCBs and debug themat last. However, there are many cases in industrial system that the PCBs we designed may be not runbecause of some little problems. On the other hand, however the requirements of the product’s featureschanges sometimes. In these cases, the traditional control system must be designed again, wasting agreat deal of manpower, material resources and financial resources. Using modular design method canmake the system more flexible, save the cost and improve the efficiency.This paper expounds the research and development of BLVDS multi-function module systembased on the extrnsive theoretical research and engineering practice. Studying the STM32, BLVDS,Keil μVision4MDK, Altium Designer Winter09and the production of PCB circuit diagram, design theBLVDS bus interface circuit, the embedded system control circuit, signal input circuit, signal outputcircuit, serial interface circuit, power circuit, watchdog circuit and other circuits for protection andindicating. And write programs by Keil μVision4MDK, implement the corresponding sequence andlogic fuctions.The designing of BLVDS multi-function module system is completed, and the sample is proved itsfeasibility by testing and practicing. |
