Development Of Production Process Management System Based On Activiti

With the improvement of the mineral machinery manufacturing enterprise andautomation lever, it also has increased the demand for management system. The traditionalmanagement system still uses the built-in function to ensure enterprise’s production, thismethod is not suitable for the diversified management mode. The existing managementsystem has integrated with workflow technology, however the development process is verycumbersome, and the process model is not easy to integrate. In the complex and changeableenvironment, process model is created difficultly, and it needs amendment frequently.Business personnel can’t customize process model and on-line modification, which is notconducive to play the advantages of workflow. It will affect the use of the system in enterprisemanagement.The paper illustrate that the designing thinking and the realizing method of theproduction process management system which is based on B\S structure, using Spring MVCframework and Activiti workflow engine, aiming at the above problems. Firstly, thought theresearch status of production, system needs analysis is completed with the requirements of themineral machinery manufacturing enterprises and relevant data. Secondly, system scheme isformulated, which is based on a modeling method for the commonness of production processand production requirements, including the design of system model, the function moduledivision of system, the design of database, etc. Lastly, the system has taken the model that it isthe “product manufacturing process model” as an example to show the steps and methodsof process customization, which include modeling, packing, deploying and testing. And it hasused the “outsourcing management” model to text the running process of system.Finally, theproduction process management system which is based on Activiti has developed successfully.The “Activiti Modeler” has been integrated for user to improve the flexibility of the system.By the use of the external form technology, to complete the multiple tasks of enterpriseproduction process model customization, business process optimization, process management integrated system. The realizations of system functions have achieved the anticipated goal, forexample, monitor the production process, outsourcing management, process onlinemodification, etc.All in all, on completion of the production process management system, a simple andfriendly interface, the system is convenient to operate, so that the management of morestandardized. All processes run smoothly. The workflow model is custom-designed, which iseasy to be modified and be published quickly.
