| Nowadays,the manual and semi-automatic machines still occupy large proportionin Chinese knitting enterprises. Some enterprises need special workmen to monitorthe knitting machines because many of them lack the corresponding monitoringsystems. With the background of the mass production,the artificial way of monitoringcosts a lot and the efficiency is relatively low. Therefore,it will greatly improve theproduction efficiency with a system,which would alarm in time when the failureshappen,to monitor knitting machines.In this paper,a kind of knitting machine monitoring system with the function ofshort-distance wireless communication is studyed and designed. The core monitoringpart of the system is based on the advanced XMEGA processor. And it can realize thefunction of fault dealing and alarming through monitoring the running condition ofknitting machines. With the use of nRF24L01short-distance communication chip,thissystem can both monitor and wireless communicate. It will lay the foundation ofcentralized monitoring and unmanned production.The paper has made detailed discussions and designs of hardware and software,and made the simulation test. The result shows that the knitting machine monitoringand wireless communication system is available and reliable. The system which thispaper design can monitor and control the breaking yarn fault, lacking yarn fault,overspeed yarn fault and the electromotor open phase fault. It can free manual labor andsave the cost.Besides, the system can raise the level of scientific management and thelevel of automation in the enterprises, and also has a great realistic promotion valueand theory significance on the fault foreseeability and work efficiency improvement. |
