With the deepening study of laser, infrared, white light, based on the laser, infrared, upgrading of white light photoelectric equipment at a rapid pace. Equipment based on the above three kinds of monomers in two or three of the growing demand for optoelectronic devices, at present, there are a large number of photoelectric all-in-one field, research on the photoelectric performance of all-in-one it becomes very important. To this end, this thesis focuses on the issue below:1. Studied the laser rangefinder, the infrared thermal imager, the basic principle of white light camera equipment and basic structure. Analysis the main performance parameters of the above three kinds of equipment, through research and analysis of the performance parameters, put forward different performance parameters of the test method;2. Through the study of light waves in the atmosphere attenuation, analyzes the reasons of attenuation and on the basis of attenuation formula, the main factors of light attenuation in the atmosphere are obtained. To verify whether the white light induction wavelength near infrared imaging cameras have ability to penetrate the fog ascend, do the white light camera respectively induction visible light wavelength, wavelength near infrared imaging contrast test;3. Near infrared band pass filter as the tools of white light camera sensor near infrared wave band, the design of near infrared optical filter was put forward and preparation. Through the analysis of the refractive index of all kinds of high and low refractive index materials and damage resistance, using silica (SiO2) and tantalum oxide (Ta2O5) as a refractive index materials, design of membrane structure, and use the vacuum coating system for out of band pass filter;4. Puts forward a feasibility of high optical axis conformance testing method, can be tested in the outdoor optical axis, the deviation between the based on visible light cameras and telephoto lens change times of collaborative work, this thesis presents a design method of auto focus technology, designed by the position of the camera lens focus control, variable times a simple matrix.The above test and analysis show that the test method can be widely used in different platforms, different types of photoelectric all-in-one PC, the design of bandpass filter can be applied to most of the white light cameras.
