Pneumatic technology brings together the advantages of low cost, energy conservation, environmental protection, mechanical imitation of actionset the programmability, accurate,efficient and willfulness, the advantages of compact structure, the combination of effective application in auto manufacturing,military industry, precision instrument manufacturing industry in areas such as widely used.High frequency quenching is a branch of quenching, used for the surface of the workpiece quenching, quenching, the use of skin effect, produce induced current, workpiece surface is heated to a temperature of about1000DHS C quickly, and then immediately cooled, the temperature of workpiece the core is almost zero, it is one of the metal workpiece heat treatment method.The pneumatic manipulator used in parts of high frequency quenching, not only saves time, improves the efficiency, and the application of advanced automation control technology, improve the production, saving labor.Based on pneumatic manipulator as the main research object, this paper established the coordinates of the manipulator and the degrees of freedom, the working process of the pneumatic manipulator and working step time distribution, the concept of modular design.The manipulator hand, forearm, large arm, pillar, slewing mechanism has carried on the design, the selection and calculation of the cylinder, spline shaft push mechanism, support, design of the drive system.Expounds working principle of pneumatic servo valve and pneumatic servo system to map the principle diagram of the pneumatic servo system, the selection of auxiliary components of pneumatic system, a mathematic model of the valve and cylinder, based on the mathematical model of the valve and cylinder, a mathematic model of the system, using Simulink software package in MATLAB software simulation, the stability assessment of the system.According to various agencies to complete the action, select PLC models, the I/O distribution, PLC hardware wiring diagram and flow diagram drawing.
