Design And Development Of A Management System Of Timber Cutting And Transporting For State-owned Forest Farms

With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology and the improve of mobile intelligent terminal performance, applications based mobile intelligent terminals have been a great development space. Intelligent phones, tablet computers and other mobile intelligent terminals have become important tools for people to work and entertainment. In this environment, if state-owned forest farms use mobile intelligent terminals to the traditional timber cutting and transporting courses, they will effectively control the costs of state-owned forest timber cutting and transporting and monitor excessive logging, timber smuggling and other illegal activities.The paper introduce the existing systems of timber cutting and transporting and the related technology of mobile intelligent terminal. On Jiang Le state-owned forest farm in Fujian Province, we research the traditional process of timber cutting and transporting in detailed, define user needs, design and develop a B/S and C/S architecture management system of timber cutting and transporting for state-owned forest farms combined with Android client. Android client system uses C/S architecture and has six functional modules including timber field scaling checklist management, timber scaling checklist management, cutting area check management, slash handover management, volume calculations and personal information management. PC client system is based on B/S architecture and mainly assists the Android client with information collection and statistical inquiry work. It has ten functions including bidding companies management, timber field scaling checklist management, timber downhill notice management, timber scaling checklist management, transportation license management, checking account management, ledger management, cutting area check management, slash handover management and system management. So we can achieve the goals to process the state-owned forest farm cutting data in information technology way, and improve the efficiency of production operations.The system of timber cutting and transporting for state-owned forest farms in this paper has been arranged in Jiang Le state-owned forest farm in Fujian Province. And it has been proved that the system has universal availability, good user experience, complete functions and high practicality.
