With the wide application of avionics system in the military field, the importanceof cockpit display system is growing, and the difficulty and cost of development isincreasing. It is not until the birth of ARINC661specification that the situation ofdevelpment is changed. ARINC661make the design of User Application separate fromthe design of CDS, it reduce the difficulty of develop cockpit system. However, thespecification is still in the research in China, hasn’t develop complete tool. so it hasimportant significance of the research and implementation of ARINC661.In the base of further research of ARINC661specification,the pape presented aframe of graphical interface designer, and based on this frame design and complete atools that used in the development of define file. first, this pape analysis the ARINC661specification, and combine the characteristic of common software, designed a graphicalinterface designer tool based on XML design file, and in this base complete the switchof XML format to binary format. At last, use the binary define file in the simulation ofCDS.this tool completed in this pape has used in the research and test of avionicsdomain cockpit system. with the test and analysis of the result, the correctness andfeasibility is verified. With the popular of ARINC661specification in avionics domain,this paper has long term significance and value.
