In today’s society, the development of science and technology rapidly, the amount ofinformation increasing with each passing day, and existing a large amount of relevant data,play an important role in research and development of economics. Only accurate, deep andeffective to extract valuable information, these dates can bring real benefits to us. So, datamining and knowledge discovery has a great practical value and extensive research prospects.Among them, the modeling technology based on the data collection in data mining hasimportant practical value. Aiming at the data stored in the data warehouse, we can knowhidden relationships between data items after modeling. With regard to improve theefficiency of the industrial production, provide important knowledge of the unknowninformation for users, medical data analysis, guidance on business decisions, business markettrading decision, government decision, and scientific research, it has very high referencevalue, and other help to obtain great economic benefits and social benefits.The paper under such demand environment focused on the research and application ofmodeling technique based on data collection. With the guidance of the knowledge discovery,on the basis of the theory of intelligent computing, using the advantages of Flexible NeuralTree (FNT) model, reduce man-made factors, to realize the automatic selection of parameters.This paper makes good use of FNT modeling which proposed in recent years to establish themodel. This model structure and parameter optimization, respectively combine the advancedProbability Incremental Program Evolution (PIPE) and developed mature SimulationAnnealing (SA) algorithm.Under the support of theoretical knowledge and under the environment of Netbeanscompiled Java programming, we have realized the above-mentioned algorithms. In addition,under the obtained data collection, set up a model based on the given data collection, andanalyze the model. The application of this topic research has arrived at the demand target.
