To medical supplies logistics companies,the one who will gain acompetitive advantage and a chance to survive with the best quality service and productsbetter and faster to customer. The design to improve the operational efficiency of the logisticsof medical supplies for the entire supply chain business proce sses to optimize has becomeessential.Firstly,we describe the development and the research status of medical supplies logisticsin and out our country. We reviewed that there are many problems in our country bycompared with foreign countries.There is still a large gap by comparing notes. Integratedmanagement model has not been established on the medical logistics supply chain.Peoplefocused on the research in its circulation inside a node and ignored the links with other nodeson the supply chain. The proposed solution is to build an integrated networking system tooptimize the traditional logistics supply chain system.Things technology is the third revolution of the world information industry with its uniqueadvantages in the field of medical supplies logistics. From the application point of view, thelogistics of the whole supply chain was broken down into six aspects of the logistics business,orders, material procurement, production,distribution,warehousing and transportation. Thesenetworking technologies were used in their process optimization, and optimized the effect ofthe logistics business processes made estimates.
